The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this product, and I am extremely disappointed with its quality. One of the lights doesn’t turn on at all, making it practically unusable. The build quality is exceptionally cheap, with flimsy materials that feel like they could break at any moment. I expected a functional and reliable product, but this has been a waste of money. The overall performance is far below what was advertised. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a durable and dependable lighting solution. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I bought this item in May 2024, both lights worked well for self-tapes and general lighting for over 6 months. In December one of the lights started to continually blink and I discovered that the USB connector had developed a fault. Eventually stopped working completely. I kept using the other light but the same fault developed. Cable is not repairable or replaceable because the USB cable houses the control switches and is directly fixed to the light. Amazon have been very good at giving me a refund and collecting the defective item even after several months, so I am pleased from that POV but generally disappointed with the product.

These are small and extremely light weight so if you just want something portable to light a small area you could be ok. However, they are not for me as they are not bright enough and are too flimsy, I will stick to the softboxes. Also, just be aware these are not rechargeable, you plug them in for power.

I was ready to be disappointed with these. They were very inexpensive and seemed to good to be true. I used these in a Youtube video shoot about a week ago and came away pretty impressed. The good: the lights are pretty bright at their highest setting and are very adjustable in brightness level. Cords are nice and long so they're easy to get to a power source. They are USB plugs, and the USB power adapters that came in the package seem to work well - no problems with power. The whole setup (stands plus necks) were very adjustable so setting up the lights where I wanted them and pointed where I wanted them was pretty easy. The lights got warm but NOT hot. Power use and heat dissipation seemed to work okay - mine were on for several hours straight with no problems. The bad: the lights are all plastic and very lightly built. Won't take much abuse. One good drop and they'll likely be toast. The lightness of construction cuts both ways of course - they're very easy to transport BECAUSE they're so light. The stands worked but were very flimsy - wouldn't take much to knock them over. I'd use these indoors only. The indifferent: I've only used them once so far, so longevity is still an open question. I see no reason why they wouldn't last if taken care of, but sometimes LEDs are fickle and just die for no reason. Time will tell. I'm not sure why you'd want or use the "warm" light setting - for me, the whole point of these was to inject bright white light into the scene to balance out the warm light already present in the environment. I guess it's nice to have the option but I won't be using it. Perhaps others might - depends on the application. Overall, keeping the above in mind, I'm very pleased. I needed a set of bright white lights for indoor use only in what amounts to a studio setting and these worked great for that application. While they are not robustly built, they are cheap enough that you could easily buy multiple sets to have spares on hand (I'm seriously considering buying a second pair just to have the backup - at this price, why not?). I'd say these are a good buy for a studio space, vlogging, Youtube, etc. Outdoor use - look elsewhere.
