The product firstly comes inside its own nice little carrying case with all the needed hardware included: 1x Alan key 1x wraparound lens adapter 1x 20mm NATO Rail 1x Rail mount 1x Mini Follow Focus There are also some suggested mounting instructions in the bottom of the box, which realistically anyone looking to purchase this product likely won't need as it is very intuitive and easy to set up. A fist time user may take a few tries to set it up how they like but once you've done that it's easy to remember. The wheel and gear mechanism itself is incredible smooth, very pleasing to use. Yo uget the option to switch the gear to either side of the focus system for different setups. The focus wheel has the option of using hard stops if you want to only pull focus, zoom or apature (since you could use it for any of these lens functions) in a specific range which is a great feature to help make super accurate pulls. Definitely a feature you will use regularly. Overall I'm very pleased with the product, SmallRig continues to make high quality filmmaking/video production products at affordable prices. Personally, I'm running this on my BMPCC 6K rig and it mKes pulling focus breeze. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something like this, especially to beginners as it will make your productions so much better!

for the price its sturdy and the packaging is amazing, great box, great travel bag. Smooth control of the focus ring. Only down side was the length of the tube. I'm using a canon 550d and a sigma 150-600. I had just enough length to catch on the tube so I could line up with the focus ring. If using a teleconverter then opt for a long tube. But still a great buy. Will get another and a long tube to control my zoom ring

I already own the Tilta Mini follow focus but needed a second, so when I saw the Smallrig version on offer I grabbed one! Pros: It comes with a nice carry case and Nato rail with 15mm rod holder. This is used to position the follow focus from the top of your camera cage which means you don't need a base plate with 15mm rods to use it. Cons: Its not a smooth as the Tilta version and feels a little cheaper. These are things you'd probably only notice when compared, so may not be a problem for most. Other than that its a nice affordable first follow focus if you're looking for low cost.

Dentro la scatola nuova sorpresa! Lo strumento è dotato di comoda custodia con interni felpati un vero lusso. Ogni oggetto ha la sua posizione nel suo scomparto, in modo molto ordinato. Una vera ciliegina sulla torta 🎁 CARATTERISTICHE L’ho acquistato per regolare il fuoco del mio 18-105 serie G montato sulla Sony ZV-E10 che ha una base con 2 rood già predisposti su quello di sx ho installato il Follow-Focus. Ho provato a far girare direttamente senza l’anello dentato ma aimè non funziona, dobbiamo per forza montare la ghiera dentata sull’obiettivo. Siccome sono un fanatico dell’estetica devo dire che la cinghia dentata in dotazione è adattabile a diversi diametri ma esteticamente è un disastro mi sono dotato di anello (smalrig) dentato perfetto per il mio 72 mm. ed il gioco è fatto!! Il materiale è solido, corpo in alluminio e finiture in plastica dura il supporto ha dei morsetti che si chiudono con dei pomellini a rotazione variabile che permettono di serrare anche in caso di intralcio con altri morsetti o attacchi. Il funzionamento è talmente fluido che a volte io lo uso anche con lo Zoom e lascio il focus in automatico. Nel video faccio vedere che è dotato di fermi per le impostazioni di cambio fuoco veloce, con la possibilità di disinserirlo alzando semplicemente una levetta. 🤔 PRO E CONTRO PRO: leggero e compatto fluido nel movimento look cinematografico professionale facile da montare e da usare dotato di tutti gli accessori e comoda custodia CONTRO: solo per un fatto estetico io lo doterei di anello dentato anziché cinghia 😎CONCLUSIONI Il costo come sempre non è dei più economici ma questa volta li valgono tutti. a partire dal packagin fino ad arrivare al prodotto con gli accessori. Sicuramente la vostra macchina da ripresa acquisterà un look professionalissimo!!! Io ve lo consiglio.
